10 on 10: September 2012

One photo, every hour, for 10 hours, on the 10th day of the month.
Actually on the 11th. I can't remember now but the 10th was hairy or I just didn't remember until mid-morning.

This week we had wonderful weather, rainy and overcast with some cooler temps thrown in for good measure.

Three bed headed babes eating breakfast and watching PBS kids.

I am actually showered and dressed before 9am. Yay! Usually the kids are ready to go before I am. Too many bodies to take care of around here before I can think about my own. :)

Crafty/art time while Rhett naps.

Second breakfast, er I mean my proper breakfast since 2 chocolate chip cookies at 6:30am don't take you very far...

This kid. He has travel induced narcolepsy. Without fail he will fall asleep if we are close to nap time. Or not even remotely close! It doesn't matter the distance either, one second he is talking and the next he is passed out. He falls asleep in the driveway as we are going to church almost every week. In the time it takes to buckle him in and then get in the truck yourself, buckle up and put the truck in reverse he is gone. Boy needs his sleep.

Play date with friends! Princess Lili and Princess Kate reign over the couch and toys of the land.

Leaving J'lene's house. Nap time!

Freshly washed fabric waiting for the iron and sewing machine. Still waiting actually, I need more hours in the day or a week sans children to get stuff done around here.

Repainting Kate's crib, now Rhett's crib. Needs one more coat of polycrylic and we are golden.

Big boy Rhett chilling after naps with his sippy cup of cow's milk.

Watching Max and Kate play in the back yard. Rainy weather = happy kids and happy mom.
Photobucket

Quinoa, feta, veggie skillet dish with raspberries. I am the only one who really appreciated it. Max isn't a fan of grains/pasta dishes.

Post bath pedicure.

Sometimes I'm the only one who appreciates my cooking, the kids just want macaroni every night. At least we try!
